This year's conference, titled "Decoding Sovereignty, AI & Corporate Tax - A Legal Analysis," will delve into the profound implications of these topics for the Arab Gulf region and beyond.
The conference will feature three enlightening sessions, each focusing on a specific aspect of the overarching theme. In the first session, "Data Sovereignty and its Impact - A GCC Analysis," distinguished legal experts will unravel the complex web of data sovereignty and its implications for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. They will explore legal frameworks, challenges, and opportunities surrounding data sovereignty, shedding light on its impact on the region's legal landscape.
The second session, "Corporate Taxes... What is Next?," will bring together participants for a thought-provoking discussion on the evolving landscape of corporate tax regulations. Esteemed jurists, tax specialists, and policymakers will explore the latest developments, emerging trends, and potential future directions in corporate tax frameworks, fostering a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities they pose.
In the third session, "The Role of AI in Regulations & Data Privacy," esteemed speakers will examine the transformative potential of artificial intelligence in shaping regulatory frameworks and safeguarding data privacy. They will evaluate the legal implications, ethical considerations, and practical applications of AI in the realm of regulations and data privacy, offering valuable insights into the future of AI-driven legal practices.
Join us at the 9th Arab Gulf Forum for Jurists to gain invaluable knowledge, engage in stimulating discussions, and network with legal professionals from four continents.
